The trail is very scenic and has a few uphills so to those who are out of shape it might give you a good workout.

It traverses through the forest, over small bridges and creeks (one of which is the creek feeding Fall Creek Falls). Once you reach the overlook at the end of the trail, the breathtaking view of Fall Creek Falls is all you can think about.
